We built our Newton Highlands branch after hearing the same complaint over and over from Newton Highlands, MA property owners — the "24/7" number that never actually answers. Every technician on our Newton Highlands roster is a Hirex Water Damage employee, not a gig-app contractor pulled from a random directory.
Each lead tech holds an IICRC Water Restoration Technician certification and has personally handled clean-water, gray-water, and contaminated black-water losses, so Water Damage Repair in Newton Highlands isn't a side service we tacked on — it's the reason the company exists. Talk to a Newton Highlands property manager who's lived through an overnight pipe failure and they'll tell you exactly why a crew that arrives already equipped matters — every extra minute is more water in the framing. That's the gap Hirex Water Damage was built to close, one Newton Highlands call at a time.
